Ingredients: Dole pineapple juice, honey, pears and pecans Instructions: Core, peel and cut four pears in half. Microwave on high for two minutes then saute for half hour or until pears are translucent in appearance. Saute in two cans of dole pineapple juice and two tablespoons of honey. Sprinkle with finely chopped pecans Notes: I like to serve this before the main breakfast dish. I drizzle the sauce over two halfs. |
