Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 1/2 cup (or a little more) heavy cream Dried fruit, mini chocolate chips Instructions: Mix the dry ingredients well. Add the dried fruit of your choice. Make a well in the center. Add heavy cream mixing gently with a fork. Add more cream if needed. Scoop 10 scones onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. |
