Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

 Prep Time: 20 min
Yield: 12 servingsInactive Prep Time: 10 hr

Ingredients:

1 loaf bread (Callah bread is good),
cut into cubes
Whisk together:
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin (1 3/4 cups)
6 eggs
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups milk
1 cup cream
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Optional - Sprinkle with rasins








Instructions:

Put cubed bread into a well greased 13 x 13-inch baking pan.


Whisk together remaining ingredients, and pour over bread cubes. Cover and chill overnight.

Bake at 425 degrees F for 35 minutes.
Check doness with by inserting a knife in the center. It should not pull out wet.
