I just want you to know that I feel this is the greatest list of breakfast food recipes that I have ever come across. Believe me, I surf the web many hours a day and I am lucky to have found this web site. Keep up the good work.

 Prep Time: 10 min
Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients:
2 cups mashed fruit
1 cup whipping cream
3 tbsp sugar

Instructions:
Select your fruit: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or chilled stewed rhubarb. This can be fresh but the texture is better if you use frozen fruit (thus you can serve it all year). Defrost it until it is firm but not icy.

Whip the whipping cream with the sugar until it is stiff. Then fold the fruit into the cream. See www.gazebo-victoria.com/breakfast.html.
