Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 20 minPrep Time: 10 min
Yield: 6 dozen 

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups sugar
5 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup Crisco
4 cups Kellogg's All Bran cereal (pour 2 cups boiling water over 2 cups of All Bran)
1 quart buttermilk
4 lightly beaten eggs
5 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound chopped dates

Instructions:
Mix in given order.
Store in glass jars with tight lids,
Refrigerate.
Makes approximately 4 quarts and keeps up to 8 weeks.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes


Notes:
These muffins are great to have in the refrigerator for those unexpected guests! A quick yummy treat.
