Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups cake flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 cup white sugar 5 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 cup milk 1/2 of a 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 of 12 ounce can evaporated milk Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x13 baking pan. Sift flour and baking powder together and set aside. Cream butter and cup of sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add the flour mixture several tablespoons at a time mixing well until blended. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes. Once the cake is cool, pierce 8-10 times with a fork and pour combined milks over the top. Top with frosting, whipped cream, fruit or nuts.
