Ingredients: Champagne Cream Sauce 2 Onions, finely diced 4 qt. Heavy Cream 2cups Champagne 4 oz Chicken base 1 cup Flour Instructions: Sautee onion in saucepan until golden brown Deglaze pan with champagne Add heavy Cream With a wire whisk, whip in flour and chicken base Let simmer 20-25 minutes on low heat Add diced green onions for garnish Notes: Great when used on chicken plated over a wild rice medley or any simple dish that could use some pizazz! |
