![]() 1 or 2 small Cantaloupes (well chilled) 3 Bananas ¼ tsp nutmeg Whipped cream (optional) Instructions: Cantaloupe Bowls Slice Cantaloupe in half and remove seeds. Place each half on a plate Slice bananas into cantaloupe halves, filling to overflowing Sprinkle with nutmeg to taste Top with tiny amount of whipped cream if desired. Notes: If the cantaloupes appear large, cut them into quarters instead of halves to create reasonable size portions as you wish Variations: You can mix blueberries and bananas together for the fillingVery refreshing! |
