I just want you to know that I feel this is the greatest list of breakfast food recipes that I have ever come across. Believe me, I surf the web many hours a day and I am lucky to have found this web site. Keep up the good work.

Cook Time: 1 hr 30 minPrep Time: 30 min
Yield: 2 loaves

Ingredients:
6 ripe bananas, 4 eggs, 4 cups granulated sugar, 1 1/3 cup oil, 1 cup sour cream, 4 cups flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons, salt, 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda, 2 cups chopped walnuts, 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions:
Mix bananas, eggs, sugar, oil, and sour cream together. Add flour, salt, and baking soda,(that has been mixed in a bowl separately) slowly add to the wet mixture. Add vanilla and chopped walnuts. Mix well. Pour into two well greased and floured bread loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees

Notes:
Very moist, best I have ever had. One guest wanted to buy an oven like ours so her bread would turn out this good. Bakes with a thin crust on top. May spread with a cream cheese frosting for a little extra sweetness or butter. Most guests like it plain.
