Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 50 minPrep Time: 30 min
Yield: 10 servings 

Ingredients:
8 slices sour dough bread, 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese, 1 cup milk, 7 eggs(well beaten), 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 lbs.ham(cubed), mushrooms(optional), chopped red or bell pepper(optional)

Instructions:
Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with a non-stick coating. Alternate layers of bread, cheese, and ham. Add mushrooms and bell pepper if desired. Mix the eggs, milk, and seasonings, pour evenly over layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover in the morning before baking. Bake at 350 degrees. Garnish side with fresh parsley. The red or green pepper makes for a pretty topping.

Notes:
Make up the night before and pop it into the oven in the morning. Can be topped with chopped bell pepper, red pepper, and sliced mushrooms.Quick and easy breakfast casserole for the holidays. The sharp cheese with the sour dough bread makes this recipe.
