Ingredients: 1 small-sized bag tater tots, 1 small bell pepper(chopped), 1/2 onion(chopped), 1 cup ham(cubed), dried parsley flakes, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, & olive oil. Instructions: Set Tater Tots out first thing in the morning to lightly thaw. Cook bell pepper and onions with olive oil in a large frying pan until tender. Add Tater Tots and ham. As Tater Tots cook break up with a spatula. May need to add more olive oil while cooking. Sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, dried parsley flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until taters are done. TIP: I usually lightly spray the pan first with a non-stick cooking spray. Garnish top with fresh parsley. Notes: Many guests have asked for this recipe. Perfect for that extra side dish. I serve it with my Three Cheese Crustles Quiche recipe. Guests have also said they would serve it for dinner. I like to add enough paprika so the potatoes have a light red |
