Ingredients:
Rolled Oats: 1 cup
Oat Bran: 2 Tablespoons
Hot water: 1 cup
Plain Yogurt: 1 cup
Pitted Medjool Dates: ½ cup chopped
Honey: 2 Tablespoons
Apple: 1, peeled and grated
Walnuts: ½ cup chopped


Instructions:
1.Place oats and oat bran in a large bowl.
2.Pour hot water over oats, allow to sit for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.Add yogurt, honey, dates and grated apple. Stir well.
4.Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
5.Stir in walnuts and serve garnished with fresh berries.
