Ingredients: LARGE BOWL 1 cup flour 2 cups quick oatmeal 2 cups Rice Krispies 1 cup flaked coconut 3/4 cup chopped pecans SMALL BOWL 1 cup flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. soda MIXER 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup yellow Crisco 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla Instructions: Mix mixer bowl Add small bowl of flour mixture (use mixer) Add Krispie mixture (by hand) Drop tsp.... onto cookie sheet Bake 350 about 8 minutes Notes: sometimes tricky to get dough to stick together, may make balls in hand... do not overbake... freeze well, if they are not eaten at once! |
