Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 50 minPrep Time: 10 min
Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 tsp. Crisco Shortening

1 Egg
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Use a wire Wisk to stir together
1 can whole kernel corn undrained
1 can cream corn

Instructions:
Melt Crisco & butter together in a 9"x9" glass Pyrex baking dish that you will bake it in [microwave it on low].

Add the rest of the ingredients in the order they're in. Use the Wisk to stir in. Bake 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until set.
