Yield: 20 servings 

Ingredients:
5 Cups rhubarb, diced
4 Cups Sugar or Splenda
2 small boxes Sugar Free/or reg. strawberry Jell-O


Instructions:
Mix first 2 ingredients and cook to rolling boil for 10 minutes. Add Jell-O and mix well. Put into freezer containers & freeze.
