 Prep Time: 5 min
Yield: 2 servings 

Ingredients:
1 Season pear Well washed, and cubed
1 Spoonful of honey Maybe Orange Blossom bee honey
1 1/2 cup of Almond or rice milk
1/4 tea spoonful of Cardamom

Instructions:
Place pear in mini-processor. Add the honey and
the rice or almond milk. Add pinch of cardamom (to
taste).
Blend until achieving almost the texture of a
"mousse".

Serve in cocktail stem glasses. Present with a
fresh violet flower in between 2 small mint
leaves.

Enjoy!

Notes:
Unusual, delicious, light and lovely!
-It helps balance stomach and intestines. Excellent
as part of a detox liquid diet)
