Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 25 minPrep Time: 20 min
Yield: 1 servings 

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen hash browns per serving
1 whole egg lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper or to taste.
Garlic powder and Spike to taste
1/8 tsp. red pepper
2 heaping TBS. Mexican Blend 4 cheeses (shredded)
2 TBS. sour cream
Options: sauteed mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, bacon, chilies, salsa, bacon.

Instructions:
1. Measure hash browns into a mixing bowl
2. Mix in beaten egg
3. Mix in all spices
4. Push lg. paper cup liner into 4" spring form pan.
5. Spray liberally with Canola oil
6. Press in with a fork and finish with fingers.
Make it look concave with sides pressed firmly.
7. Bake for 20 minutes near the heating element.
8. Remove when golden brown. Add handfull of cheese.
9. Place back in over for 5 minutes for cheest to melt.
10.Remove. Add sour cream and other ingredients.
11.Spring the sides open after going around edge with sharp knife. Remove paper and serve.

Notes:
If you choose not to use the paper cup liners, it will take you a very long to clean it.
