Ingredients:
In a bowl beat 3 eggs and 1/4 tsp almond extract till foamy and alternately add 3/4 cup of each milk and sifted flour until very smooth. In an ovenproof 12" skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter until hot and bubbly. Pour in batter and bake in a 425 degree oven until puffed and brown. Cut in half and place on two plates and pass strawberry almond butter (recipe follows) and fresh strawberries.

In a food processor cream together well 1 stick of butter and 2 cups of powdered sugar. Add 2 cups of hulled strawberries and 1/2 cup of almonds and pulse until just blended. Serve butter mixture and sweetened strawberries each in pretty footed bowls.
