Ingredients: 5 large eggs 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1 10 ounce box frozen cut corn, thawed salt and pepper to taste 2 Tbs. butter Instructions: Beat eggs with sugar. Add milk and corn and a little salt and pepper. Pour into a well greased 8" casserole. Dot the surface with butter. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until set and lightly browned on top. Notes: At the Fryemont Inn, we serve this every year at our Thanksgiving dinner. |
