Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 20 minPrep Time: 15 min
Yield: 1 dozen 

Ingredients:
3 large ripe bananas
1/2 to 3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg - beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
1 extra full cup of fresh or frozen blueberries


Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mash the bananas with a pastry cutter. Add the sugar and the beaten egg, and mix all together.
Add and mix in the melted butter.

Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the blueberries.

Put dry and wet ingredients together and mix just enough - do not overmix.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 18 - 20 minutes. I usually turn the muffin tin around for the last several minutes, but it depends on your oven.
