Ingredients: 6-7 medium apples* 1/3 cup margarine or butter 1 cup granola (with raisins) 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup flour 1 tsp cinnamon *Sliced peaches or other fruit may be used Instructions: Melt margarine and add ingredients in the order given above. Mix together with fork. Pour granola mixture over the apples. Cover loosely with foil. Bake covered approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes to lightly brown granola. Serve warm with ice cream or nondairy topping. |
