Ingredients: (All amounts are in cups, or parts) Rolled Oats 5 shredded coconut 1 1/2 sunflower seeds 1/2 almonds 1/2 pecans 1/2 walnuts 1/2 heat and mix in honey 1/2 maple syrup 1/2 apple juice 1/2 butter 1/2 Instructions: Do not over mix and bake as soon as mixing is completed. Spread fairly thick, about 1 inch. Bake @ 275 degrees for 2-3 hours TURN OFTEN from the outsides in. When cool add raisins and dates. Notes: Makes wonderful clumpy granola! |
