Ingredients: 1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt 3 c. quick oats 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. milk Instructions: mix everything together and pour into a greased 8" square pan or muffin cups. Bake 350 25-30 minutes. Serve warm with milk or plain yogurt. |
