Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 35 min 
  

Ingredients:
4 c oatmeal (old-fashioned)
1 1/2 c cashews
1 1/2 c sliced almonds
1 c walnuts (or any kind of nuts)
1 c coconut
1 c honey
1/2 c maple syrup
1 T vegetable oil
1 1/2 c raisins
2 c dried bananas
1 1/2 c dried apricots
(other dried fruits such as cherries, dates, etc. may be substituted for bananas and apricots)



Instructions:
Mix oatmeal, nuts, and coconut in large bowl. Heat honey, syrup, and oil in saucepan. Pour over oatmeal mixture. Mix to combine. Bake on a baking sheet at 325 degrees, turning every 10 minutes, for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven to let cool. Add raisins and dried fruit. Store in an airtight container.
