Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:


Instructions:

Grease generously 9"x13" glass pan.
18 slices white sandwich bread
12 ounces cream cheese

8 ounces or 1 cup fresh blueberries (washed and drained dry)
Thickly spread cream cheese over 6 slices of bread and place in single layer
on bottom of 9x13 pan (cream cheese side up).
Layer over another 6 slices of bread and distribute blueberries evenly over top.

Layer remaining 6 slices of bread over all.
6 eggs
1 cup berry flavored yogurt
1 cup heavy cream or half n half cream
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon nutmeg
Blend together eggs, yogurt, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and gently pour over bread layers in 9x13 pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight (not more than 24 hours). Remove cover and bake in 350 degree oven 60 minutes until brown and slightly puffy. Let stand for approximately 15 minutes before slicing. Place individual slices on plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, top with sweetened whipped cream and garnish with fresh berries or nutmeg. Serve with warm syrup or lemon curd on the side.
