Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 30 min 
Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:

6 croissants
9 oz. orange marmalade
6 slices shaved smoked ham
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
3 oz orange juice
6 eggs
1 ¼ c. half & half
1 t. almond extract




Instructions:
Cut croissants in half lengthwise and place bottom halves in 9x13 dish sprayed with Pam. Mix marmalade with orange juice and spoon over each bottom half. Save a little to spoon over top.
Soften cream cheese and spread over the top of each croissant. Place a slice of shaved ham over bottom half. Place top of croissant with cream cheese on the top of ham.
Mix eggs, half & half and almond extract together until whites are not stringy. Pour over top of croissants. Spoon reserved marmalade mixture over top of each croissant.
Refrigerate overnight. Take out 30 mins. Before baking. Bake for 30 mins. In preheated 350 degree oven.
Serve hot and garnish with orange slices and strawberries.
