Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
Topping
•1/2 C brown sugar.
•1 tsp cinnamon.
•1/3 C chopped walnuts.
Cake batter
•1 C butter, room temp.
•1 C granulated sugar.
•1 C brown sugar.
•2 eggs.
•1/2 C sour cream.
•1/2 C plain non-fat yogurt
•1 tsp vanilla.
•2 C flour.
•1 tsp baking powder.
•1/4 tsp salt.
•1 C rhubarb, chopped fresh or frozen.

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray, then flour. Cream butter and sugars; add eggs, sour cream, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl; add to we ingredients and mix well. Add rhubarb.

Spread batter mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle with topping. Bake for 45 minutes until cake tests done (knife comes out clean). If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.

Serves 8-10
