Ingredients: (1) 1 cups frozen hash browns (2) ¼ cup green onions (3) 4 or 5 beaten eggs (4) 1-12oz. Can of milk (5) 1-4oz. Can chopped green chilies (6) 1/4 cup shredded Jack or Cheddar cheese (7) 1 cup of diced ham Instructions: Grease 2 quart square baking dish. Arrange potatoes in the bottom. Then sprinkle with ham, cheese, green onions & green chilies. Combine Eggs, milk & seasonings. Pour over potatoes. Casserole may be refrigerated for several hours or overnight. Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 deg. If you have refrigerated it, bake for 55 to 60 min. or until center appears set. Let stand 5 min. before serving. |
