I just want you to know that I feel this is the greatest list of breakfast food recipes that I have ever come across. Believe me, I surf the web many hours a day and I am lucky to have found this web site. Keep up the good work.

Ingredients:
8 slices French or Italian bread
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp grated orange rind
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 cups orange juice

Instructions:
Melt butter or margarine in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon and orange rind and sprinkle evenly over melted butter. Mix together eggs and orange juice. Dip bread slices in liquid mixture and place in prepared pan. Pour any leftover liquid over bread slices. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Turn out of pan immediately. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

I like this recipe because I can prepare it the night before and just stick it in the oven in the morning. I have made it for as many as 24 guests. Be careful that you don't bake it too long, as the brown sugar will caramelize. It also doesn't need syrup, because it makes its own.
