Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 egg 1-1/4 cup buttermilk Instructions: A recipe from Our very own Pamela Lanier Mix all dry ingredients well with a fork or whisk (sift if possible). Whisk egg with buttermilk. Mix all at once and quickly with dry ingredients. Griddle. |
