Ingredients: 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredder 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp. chopped parsley 1 tsp garlic, minced 1 tbsp. chives, chopped 1 16 oz can artichoke hearts without marinade, chopped Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes until tip is golden and cheese is bubbly. Serve with sturdy crackers or baguette slices. |
