Cook Time: 50 min 
  

Ingredients:
•1 can pumpkin
•1 c hot water
•1 c molasses
•1 c cane sugar
•2 c whole wheat flour
•2 c white flour
•2 t baking soda
•1 ½ t salt
•2 t cinnamon
•1 t nutmeg
•¾ t ginger
•½ t cloves
•1 ½ c walnuts

Instructions:
1.Combine pumpkin, hot water and molasses in one bowl and mix well.
2.Combine remaining ingredients in a larger bowl and mix well.
3.Add wet to dry and stir just until all is wet.
4.Bake at 325 for 50+ minutes until done. Makes two loaves of bread.
