Ingredients: 8oz. Blue Cheese ¼ lb bag of Baby Spinach 1 cup diced Bacon 2 large diced Shallot 4 oz. Vegetable Oil 4 oz. Maple Syrup 6 oz. Red Wine Vinegar Instructions: Render bacon, shallot and oil in large sauté pan. Deglaze the pan with vinegar. Take pan off the heat and add maple syrup. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash and dry spinach. Warm dressing, add spinach and season with salt and pepper. Crumble in blue cheese |
