Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:


Instructions:
Mix:
5 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar
1 ½ cups sugar
1 TBS. nutmeg
½ tsp. salt
Add:
1 Ό cup oil (Canola)

• Separate ½ cups of the mix and place in a separate bowl

Topping:
1 handful of oats
1 handful of walnuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup flour mixture
Stir and set aside

• Continue with the flour mix

Add:
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix (in a separate bowl):
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk

• Preheat oven to 350 deg.
• Add wet mix to the dry flour mix and stir just until moistened
• Throw the walnut topping on…the top
• Bake for about 1 hour and 10-20 minutes until very golden brown

Ingredients:
flour, nutmeg, brn sugar, oil nuts
