Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
10 sealed sweet potatoes
½ spanish onion
½ quart of heavy cream
1 cup of parmesan cheese
S& P to taste
I tablespoon of olive oil


Instructions:
1) sauté sweet onion with olive oil until tender add cream & reduce on low heat for 5 minutes

2) slice sweet potatoes 1/8 of an inch, lay in buttered ½ hotel pan season with S&P every other level, half way add ½ parmesan cheese & cream mixture, continue with sliced sweet potatoes and finish with parmesan cheese spread out on the top layer.

3) plastic wrap & tin foil ¾ of hour or until tender 350degrees



Notes:
The best if prepared day earlier.
