I just want you to know that I feel this is the greatest list of breakfast food recipes that I have ever come across. Believe me, I surf the web many hours a day and I am lucky to have found this web site. Keep up the good work.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 ripe bananas, peeled, cut in half, then cut lengthwise
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup quick cooking oatmeal
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
6 Tbsp butter, cubed

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine orange juice and vanilla in a baking dish. Add bananas, spooning juice over them. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients and using a fork or pastry blender, add the butter until the mixture resembles small peas. Spoon crumble over fruit. Bake until the bananas soften - approximately 7-10 minutes. Do not overbake-the bananas will turn an unappetizing color (only to be served to those who are late for breakfast).
