Ingredients: Calamari 1 pound of Tubes & Tentacles (sliced) Cornmeal Dust 2 cups of Yellow Cornmeal 2 cups of AP Flour 1 tablespoon of Paprika Powder 1tablespoon of Cumin 1 tablespoon of Cayan Pepper 2 tablespoons of Kosher Salt 1 tablespoon of Black Pepper Season 1 Lemon Juice ¼ cup grated Romano Cheese Salt & Pepper Instructions: Sift all ingredients & dredge calamari in mix Fry in 350 degree oil about 30-40 seconds & place on Paper Towels Season with Lemon Juice, Cheese & Salt & Pepper Garnish with Lemon Tossed Frisée Leaves & Wakame Salad |
