Ingredients: 1/3 cup of oil or 2/3 cup of apple sauce 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 large egg 2 cups of oatmeal 1 ½ tsp. baking powder 1 cup of apple juice or milk 1 cup of dried fruit- raisins, craisins, chopped apricots etc - can also add nuts 1 tsp. cinnamon Instructions: Mix the above and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. I usually mix the night before, cover and refrigerate. Bake in the morning. |
