Ingredients: 2 cups uncooked, old fashioned rolled oats 2 cups milk (Place in bowl, cover, and leave out on counter overnight) In AM, add: 1/2 cup flour 2 eggs 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 Tbsp sugar- (optional) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 3 Tbsp melted butter Instructions: Combine and mix thoroughly - grill until golden brown. Batter will be very thick - add more milk to thin down if desired Serve with sauteed apples and raisins or cranberries, and smoked canadian bacon. |
