Ingredients: 1 Cup Quaker Oats (quick or old-fashioned) uncooked 16 oz. vanilla yogurt 2 Tablespoon sliced Almonds 8 oz. can Crushed Pineapple in juice (not drained) 2 cups Fresh or Frozen Strawberries, sliced Instructions: In Medium bowl combine Oats, Yogurt, Pineapple, and Almonds, using mixer mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to two weeks. To serve layer oat mixture and berries in parfait glasses. Garnish with additional sliced almonds, Serve chilled. |
