Ingredients: 2 eggs 1/2 cup cooking oil 1 cup sugar 3 cup oatmeal 1 cup milk 2 teas. baking powder 1/4 teas. salt Opitnal additions: 1/2 teas. cinnamon 1/2 cup raisans or chopped apples Instructions: Mix together the 3 first ingredients. Add remaining items. Pour into a 2 quart casserole or 9x9 pan. Bake for 30 min. @ 350 degrees Notes: Can prepare the night before, cover and refrigerate. Remove from frigerator 15 min. before placing in preheated oven |
