Ingredients: 2 eggs 1/2 cup cooking oil 1 cup sugar 3 cup oatmeal 1 cup milk 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt Optional additions: 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup raisins or chopped apples Instructions: Mix together the 3 first ingredients. Add remaining items. Pour into a 2 quart casserole or 9x9 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Notes: Can prepare the night before, cover and refrigerate. Remove from refrigerator 15 min. before placing in preheated oven |
