Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
18 ears of corn
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup cream
Salt
Pepper
Butter

Instructions:
Grate the corn and add sugar, cream, and salt and pepper to taste. Butter a baking dish generously. Place corn mixture in baking dish and dot the top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.

Notes:
Even without the cream and sugar, this dish is amazingly good. It generates compliments every time, but folks refuse to believe the recipe is so brief.
