Ingredients: 3 ounces best-quality white chocolate, chopped (I use Lindt) 1\3 cup brewed coffee (optional) 1\2 tsp. vanilla 2 cups milk (or half and half) grated nutmeg or chocolate sprinkles for garnish Instructions: Melt chocolate in the warm milk, stirring frequently. Add coffee and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Heat until hot, but not boiling. Serve immediately with a dusting of nutmeg or chocolate sprinkles. Notes: This is a heavenly drink |
