Ingredients: Crepe: 3 large eggs 1 cup flour 2 cups lite cream 4 TBL melted butter Instructions: In Blender: Add all ingredients. Blend 2 minutes. Spread mix on heated crepe pan - if you have an electric crepe maker - even better! Cook on one side approximately 1 minute, flip and remove from heat. Serve with the accompaniments of your choice. You can fold and roll. Recipe makes about six 13 inch crepes. Notes: Dust with powdered sugar and lemon juice. Or fill with savory sandwich items. Making crepes can be fun and versatile. You can use them for every meal. |
