Ingredients: 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1 1# can pumpkin 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. oil 3 eggs 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional) Topping: 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter, softened 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine cake mix, pumpkin, brown sugar, oil, eggs, nuts, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend at low speed until completely moistened (about 1 minute). Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread batter in a greased and floured 9”x13” pan. In a medium bowl combine sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon (mixture will be crumbly). Sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
