Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 12 servings 

Ingredients:
2/3 c. flour
2/3 c. ground pecan
2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. melted butter

Instructions:
Grease a 9 inch baking pan. In a medium bowl mix together the dry ingredients. Combine eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter. Add all at once to dry infredients. Stir until moistened, pour in pan. Bake on 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
