Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
6 c. plus 6 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4. lbs unsalted butter, melted just until creamy, then cooled to room temp
3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 large eggs
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
4 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
2. mix butter and sugars until thoroughly blended.
3. add eggs one at a time to butter and sugar mixture.
4. add yolks and vanilla, blending after each addition.
5. add flour mixture all at once and mic JUST UNTIL FLOUR IS COMBINED. DO NOT OVER MIX.
6. stir in chocolate chips.

Drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
