Ingredients:
Okinawa sweet potatoes
coconut milk
salt
pepper

Instructions:
Peel and cut potatoes into 1 inch or smaller chunks. Boil for 40 minutes or until soft. Moisten with coconut milk, add salt and pepper.

Notes:
If you live in Hawaii and want to grow these, come by my house and I will dig up a couple for you to plant!
