Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Whether you're hosting a formal get-together or need a quick brunch idea, this book will spark your imagination and your appetite.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup margarine
3 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
12 eggs
3 cup orange juice
24 slices French or Italian bread (1 1/2 loaves)

Orange-Maple Syrup:
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup log cabin type syrup
Warm together and serve

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt margarine in oven in 15 x 10 jelly roll pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over melted margarine in pan. Mix egg and OJ and dip bread until soaked but not falling apart. Arrange bread slices close together in pan. Bake 10-15 minutes until margarine and sugar mixture is golden brown and bubbly and bread is just beginning to brown on top. Invert onto plate and serve with Orange-Maple syrup.
