Ingredients: 4 (12 oz.) containers oysters 1 c. chopped green onions and tops 1 c. minced fresh parsley 1 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs 3/4 c. melted butter 3 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce Addditional Parsley Instructions: Drain oysters; pat dry with paper towels. Arrange oysters in 12x8 inch glass baking dish. Top with laters of green onions, 1 cup minced parsley and seasoned bread crumbs. Combine next 4 ingredients, mix and pour evenly over seasoned bread crumbs. Bake 30-35 minutes @ 350 degrees. Arrange additional parsley as a border around casserole. |
